Yet another custom sound decoder install. This time I use another 58741 for Kato in an Atlas GP15. With some in-depth views of my machining process using my Dremel Tool to shave off a thin layer off the upper frame to allow the decoder to be taped down. This one came out well and I discovered some new designs with the modern Atlas chassis today.
