The city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site along the Thu Bon River. The design takes advantage of the irregular site to create a series of connected courtyards. The main courtyard with a pool is open to the lobby and restaurant. The 58 guest rooms are accessed from exterior corridors with hanging plants providing shade. The local sandstone walls are open for natural ventilation.
