Atmosfear Gatekeeper Trailer 

The Gatekeeper was much scarier in the first game if you ask me. This looks so commercialised.

This brings back so many memories my mom bought this game when I was 6 or 7 but my brothers sisters and mom use to stay up to like 2 in the morning to play this game on Saturday night

I've played the original, my friends and I are thinking of getting this version but the new gatekeeper doesn't look half as scary as the old one!

the original nightmare was awesome, and the gatekeeper was scary when i was a kid...its cool to look back at it now....ah the 90's...when was this dvd version made?

agreed. My we played the original for the first time in over 12 years when my brother was just over last week and he nearly died when the Gatekeeper showed up for the first time (After the intro obviously)

Ugghh...I remember this. The Gatekeeper told me to walk up the the tv while we were playing. Idiot 6 year old me did. And he went AAAAAAAAAGHHHHHHHHHH! Gave me nightmares!

Played this rather recently. Fun, though not as scary, the music is quite subdued compared to the 1991 version. Recommend it tbh.

This version of the gatekeeper reminds me of Osmund Saddler

As much as I have had fun playing the DVD version of the game, it's still not a patch on the original. The original VCR games could genuinely SCARE you, the most you get with these DVD's is insulted hehe...

I love atmosfear I had 1 to 4 on vhs the gatekeeper and the khufu the mummy on dvd I wished they did the zombie witch and vampire on dvd too but sadly nope

I have to aggree with you there. But I do love trying to cheat the chosen one in the DVDs. The old games shoulda let you make your own punishments from time to time...
