Just finished watching Season 1 a few months back and saw Eve's origin special last week. I've also looked up about as much stuff on Invincible as I could without spoiling myself on things I didn't already know about the show and comic. One thing I'm surprised I've seen very little of (and pleasantly so) are people accusing Atom Eve of being a Mary Sue. In my experience, anti-feminists and the like are usually very quick to come out of the woodworks to slap the Mary Sue label on just about any female lead that comes around. I'm not 100 % sure how Eve's avoided it for the most part so far, other than her actually being a good character.
