Came back to Atomic Heart after a few days and I was told a recent patch fixed a few of the broken achievements but as far as I can see nothing’s been fixed at all! Tracking still is messy for most collectible achievements and Neuromodules remain impossible to collect on Xbox Series X thus no railgun and no achievements…
