I have a platform on 4" wheels that I lower the box blade onto when taking it off. It's on gravel so not super easy to roll but a lot easier than "muscling" it over, if the tractor is positioned right it only has to be moved a small amount. This makes attaching the blade a lot easier, with a lot less struggling and keeps it off the ground.
Raise your 3pl all the way up then lower them down so they run down the outside of the the box blade angled supports. Attach first arm, then if the second one doesn’t line up use your 3pl or move your tractor to line it up. No having to move the box blade by hand and works very well on uneven ground. Let the machine do the work 👍
I back up with my hitch high and drop them down. See how there is a nice slope for them to slide down into place? Thats not an accident. Moving the implement by hand is faster but you'll find it impossible for heavier impliments and even a small 300lb box blade can tweak your back if you twist it funny. Let the tractor do the work.
