Personally I feel the BX 25 D was Kubota’s best BX ever produced. Bulletproof and little to no issues. We bought ours back in 2013 new. It was one of the earliest ones with in intention of keeping it for one year to do the jobs we needed it for and we still have it. Fantastic machine. Happy to hear you like yours. Keep well. @@7863348 I just thank God for U both & was glad to hear your doing well after your heart attack as at 75 I've seen way too many of people I know that have not made it plus lost many friends to being hit on their motorcycles lately so at 75 I just sold my last Harley & quit riding as I've road bikes for 55 years but it just got to be too many are no longer looking out for bikers & are in such a hurry to get ever place. My wife still works for a heart specialists here in town for 3 hours once a week to help out & she says so many don't take care of themselves after their heart attacks so we are happy for you both that your still with us to share with us a small part of your lifes once in a while. I was a Master ASE CERTIFIED mechanic for years plus a Smi Truck driver before I retired many years ago but I still learn things from your videos & love watching them so keep well & safe on your bike & keep us informed when ever you have time to make those great videos. Good morning Robert. We have simular backgrounds. I don’t blame you for getting off the bike. We still ride but not as much as we did in the past. We spend a lot of time designing and building our products and it’s truly something we love to do. It’s not like work at all and if we go out for a drive we go in the car or van. In the last three weeks we’ve lost two motorcycle riders because of illegal ATV riders going across the road and hitting time. Texting is a real problem here as well. People just aren’t looking out for riders anymore. It’s a sad world these days. It’s late fall for us here now. Winter is not far off so the bikes and the convertible will be parked for the long winter ahead. Sounds like you don’t stop much. Good for you. Keeping busy is good for the soul and being active is always a good thing. Think you for your kind words. I’m glad I survived the heart attacks, it was life altering but we’ve gone on to do much better and important things in our life. All the best to you and yours sir. Keep safe.

So true Robert. I chose not to use grease though. Grease attracts dust and dirt and can in itself cause those pins to stick. I use Fluid Film instead. Great product if you haven’t tried it.

It’s the first time in my life that I removed a hydraulic coupler and didn’t get a drop of oil on me.

I never assume things will lock automatically. I visual look then test and a twist of the wrist assures they are in place and locked. I like to demonstrate in such a way that keeps people safe and not complacent.

I usually just take an old rag and soak it in oil then rub the oily rag on the Chrome of the cylinder. It’s always worked for me. Congratulations on the tractor.

Thanks Chris. No doubt a docking station could be designed for the back hoe but we all use a few concrete blocks or wooden blocks to take care of the task so a dedicated docking station might not be a big seller in my opinion considering those things. No Robert they don’t. It’s still an option. That being said I’ve never needed one on my BX25D. Heat the glow plugs long enough and it will start on the first try.

There’s one thing I haven’t been able to do and that’s stop inhaling and exhaling. The wireless mic was 4” from my mouth. If we used the mic on the camera you would barely hear me because of the tractors motor running. Sorry about the audio. Personally I thought it was very good.

Audio was very good. Good presence and the noise was low👍👍. I like this sound better than the mic on the camera.

I don’t use the wireless system enough to get used to it but the next time I’ll keep it farther away from my mouth and turn it down a tough. It’s all a leaning experance. Thanks.
