Hey JC, great work! Wondering if with your pedals if you push really hard when driving does the pedal tray pivot up? Not on the V3's, I mean on the challenge itself where it's connexted to the main frame.
@andrewpocock1234 no it doesn't pivot up, it actually stays planted. But it will slide side to side from time to time. I have to slide back in line with legs after long stints.
That is a true monitor mount that I custom built with 2x4s I had laying around while renovating my house. 😁 I have to buy a few monitor brackets to fix them to the wood. It was a bit crude, and I could not adjust the angles of the monitors properly, but it got the job done.
Hi, have you managed to get rid of the movement completely? Cause you said in the video that it is possible to tighten the screws a little bit and to use other rubber things. Thanks.
I have followed these instructions which add a third element on the bottom (a RAM mount) for zero movement. Absolutely solid. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-i53JV0eKTu0.html
@SrinivasGajavilli To be honest, I am not sure. I have not tried to fold it up with the Fanatec shifter since I installed it... I'm sorry I couldn't give you a definitive answer. Can anyone else in the comments here confirm this?
@Ablaisss Ok...so the process for ordering this has changed a bit since I ordered it. First, go to lowdownshifter.com and find the product name you want. Second, go to this link, www.lowdownshifter.com/orderpage.html, and fill out the information for the shifter mount. I hope this helps! Sorry for the late reply...
