Installing the CSL-DD can be as tough or easy as you want it to be. I mounted the T-nuts to my stand, and then slid the wheelbase onto the nuts. After that, I cinched the T-nuts down. It was pretty easy to do.

welcome to the world of direct drive wheels, now imagine having a even more powerfull wheel and feel even more ffb details. i own 2 dd wheels (accuforce v2 and csl dd) and i have the csl dd mounted on the same rig you have (nlr f-gt) and do feel some flex at times. the accuforce is mounted on a 80-20 rig (gt omega prime) and does not flex at all but that was to be expected. as far as the ffb detail goes i should mention that between my 16nm wheel and the 8nm wheel i don't feel much difference but there is some. the bigger differences come if you go 20nm or above. overal it's a very good step in model to enter the world of direct drive. congratulations and enjoy 👍
Did you try yours simulating the 5Nm, is it too weak? I have a G29 and I’m planning to upgrade to the CSL DD, but here in Brazil it costs a loooooot of money, like I’ll be able to buy the regular CSL DD + Mclaren GT3 wheel for the same price as just the 8nm base and no wheel… tks a lot! Nice video!
Ive tried it in the lower 5nm it feels a lil stronger than the csl elite but with more detail. coming from a G29 you will still notice a huge difference in both detail and ffb strength😎👍 Thank you for commenting!!

Hey mate.. yes the t nuts are included but the bolts aren't. I don't know why they don't include them lol. They are m6 or m8 size bolts I can't remember the exact size but your local hardware store will have them.👍
