In retrospect, I don't know why I was so blind to any of the shifters being these Titans. I guess at that point in the story I was fully invested in the "humanity vs the Titan" narrative that had been set up, so I wasn't even looking for others amidst the soldiers. Kudos to them calling it right away though!

She is such a good reacter. She is so immersed and invested in the characters and story, but attentive enough to pick up on stuff I completely missed the first watch through. Like, when I was watching season 1, I was like yeah there’s Eren, Mikasa, Armin… and a bunch of red shirts. This one though-has every characters names, hometowns, blood type, all memorized.

Is this show easier to predict than people think. Manga readers hate the ending for example some atleast, and haters hate it for random plot twist in their eyes and characters/story yet new watchers easily notice and enjoy story beats.

The steam from wounds and regenerating is a general titan thing. You can literally blow their head off and it will grow back if you don't take out the nape of the neck, and it will be steaming the entire time. The body will also disperse as steam if you kill one, same for the blood. We saw Captain Levi get coated in the stuff and it steamed away leaving him clean a few shots later.

I have the same theory as Rana. I also take it a bit further and theorize that Annie is part of a "pure bred" race that lives comfortably in the outside world, that has subjugated these other races and "mixes" and kept them bottled up (for what reason, idk yet, just needed to write my theory down)

I also think that it's interesting that the Military Police are the ones who wanted Eren in the trial, and Annie joined the MPs, and not even a few days later, the Female Titan appears. I don't think that's a coincidence? Also, yeah it DOES look like Annie. But if it does turn out to be her, the bigger question is, why? And how?

people who regularly watch Anime, they can easily find that's annie, she spoiled for them and from nxt episodes she's going to nag about how she found out and ruin the experience for them. That's why I normally don't watch group reaction, the smart one after finishing episode will put some theory out for others and the rest of them will trying to match or expect that might be the theory from nxt episodes overlooking the power writing and skilful story telling.

The reiner Blood squirt was just a cheeky fake-out edit. U see him in that one position and it instantly cuts to the blood from him cutting the hand open. Its one of the few scenes where its a little misleading in a bad way...
