I am sorry to say this, but this is the worst backpack I have ever tried... Absolutely uncomfortable and not suitable for woman at all, no matter how you adjust it. And making side pockets with holes?? Omg why did you thought it is a good idea

If you want, write us down an email with some details, feedback are always useful! "holes" in pockets are for debris and water, and to let compression strap pass inside the side pockets when needed, it is actually a feature but thanks for your feedback about it!
