Attorney Dan Hardway explains why the system limiting felons' firearms rights needs to change 

I am an artificial felon created by the federal mafia IRS. They falsely accused me of tax evasion because I refused to give a hand full of IRS agents payola to get them off my back. So they conjured up a bunch of provably false charges and the court refused to provide me with a bill of particulars explaining in detail why they thought I had a tax liability that I did not pay. They refused. The judge told the jury that "She is the law" and the law is what ever she said it was. That's the truth. I went to prison for 3-1/2 years and lost everything. Nice way to treat a war time veteran and his family.

I was 17 when I broke the law and it was for pot which apparently is just a misdemeanor now but back then that was a felony of 7 years and they wouldn't even enough there to get a one full joint out of it

The "prohibited persons" laws against possessing firearms are unconstitutional and also illegal as per other code and precedence. 1) Innocent until proven guilty 2) Someone who has reversed their outlawry, their CAPITUS DIMINUTIO reverts to Legalis Homo ie one who stands RECTUS IN CURIA 3) Cessation of unlawful activity RESTORES lawful standing 4) IF CHARGED WITH A CRIME the criminal charge being DISCHARGED by a) The prosecutor dropping charges b) The court ruling the charges to be dropped c) A jury acquittal (and after a conviction) d) suspension of sentence e) pardon f) expungement g) restoration of rights h) execution of sentence i) any other due process which rehabilitates one's legal standing from capitis diminutio to legalis homo-rectus in curia "legalis homo- rectus in curia" -a lawfulperson entitled to the full benefit of the law. Furthermore the constitutional protections of rights apply to all persons within the jurisdiction of the law (law of the LAND) Not just of Citizens Not just the Elect Not just the Privileged Not just the Rich ALL PERSONS infringement of rights can only occur during the due process of rehabilitating a criminal to legalis homo AND the legal purpose for execution of sentence is not only to punish deter and make restitution but is also to rehabilitate the legal standing of a person. By the bible we are born into this world innocent and the agency God has granted mankind to rule in this estate has no reach beyond the law. The firearms prohibitions should be based on dangerousness, not based on virtue. Justice Amy Barrett dissented on Kanter v. Barr while on the 7th Circuit for this same issue.
