Well, you can't say looks are everything. That's pretty absurd. Now, if you choose to live on the internet, where everyone is just a image, you might be tricked into thinking looks are everything, but it's just that, an illusion. While, they certainly are important, the world is more than skin deep.

Yup. I'm an inch taller and decently easy on the eyes (not a chad/male model by any means) and the way I get treated 6 months ago vs now, after 5 days a week in the gym with the accompanying disciplined diet/nutrition, is insane. I try not to get jaded, and attribute much of it to the confidence exuded in feeling strong and secure in myself, but part of me gets a little bummed out how superficial it all feels. All I know is that the experience is very, very real. Eye-opening to say the least.

Being fit doesn't only mean you look better, it means you have work ethic and discipline which are admirable traits. It's not purely a blackpill "looks>everything else" type of deal imo.

That's why youth is called the formative years. It's not completely impossible but still really hard to overcome teenage trauma. As a man who once was an inconspicuous teenager and then had quite a glow up in his late 20s, even now at 51 my confidence and extroversion is still partly just an act, not fully genuine, despite having had some success with women and in other fields of life. I've become very convincing at acting though.

In the real world, this is not true. Everyone who says it is has never actually been out in the actual world and only thinks people think like this because of how people act on social media (where obviously all the bad stuff is shown to you because that’s more interesting) Obviously a girl is more likely to want to date you if you are attractive but that won’t stop a girl from helping you or being nice to you if you’re ugly. The world doesn’t revolve around how you look and your physical appearance when you’re an adult.

Looks are only everything if that's all you look at. If you never read books, but just look at book covers, you may think that, but a person is not just a book a cover, even if many people act that way. Not all do. Maybe try reading a book for once.
