Atul Institute of Vocational Excellence (AIVE) is an institute run by Atul Rural Development Foundation, located in Valsad with an academic mission to empower tribal and rural youth with adequate and contemporary professional skills to earn respectable livelihood by employing them in surrounding industries. These vocational courses are designed by a technical partner GIZ IS (Germany) in association with Tribal Development Department, Govt. of Gujarat. This endeavour is part of the Chief Minister's Ten Point Programme which is also known as Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana.
