A how-to video by my buddy Matthew Wolfe. In this video he will show you the steps to relocate your radiator on the King Quad using Rubber Down Customs Rad relocate kit. Comment with any questions or tips! www.rubberdowncustoms.ca
Love the install brother I'd love to have seen the video from ur new quad. Also any tips on keeping water outta ur belt box? Was out in the creek yday with the wife and we got a bit deep and it started to slip so I had to pull the plug and let er drain. I'd tried siliconi`g the plug already and didn't work lol
With these things they have to be snorkeled. The belt box intake is about headlight level and the belt box exhaust is taillight level. So any water near there or that splashes up there will get in the belt box. Other than Snorkels it’s good practice to dielectric great all connections.
@@RidinDirtyOutdoors yea I'd greased everything I dont always hit deep water but I'd like the ability to without issues. I'm trying to find a video of how the snorkels work on the king quad
murph you run hosing from the cvt (belt box) exhaust and intake. Then you have to drill holes in the air box to run 2 lines to also. I did the Snorkel Your ATV kit
I know a lot of people have put the KQ kit on their Vinson. I haven’t personally done it but at most you’d just have to make sure the bolt hole to hold your rad to the relocation kit lined up. The rest just mounts to the rack which is pretty universal for Suzuki
murph the Rubber down customs kit was roughly $220 shipped for me. That was with the custom red powder coating and my skull with “ridin dirty” lettering. They come from Canada so it takes like 2 weeks but well worth it
Keeps it clear of mud and debris when in thick mud and also moves it out of the way of protruding sticks and sharp objects. This keeps the ATV running cooler and more efficient
Bobby Riley no problem, look them up. Tons of design and color choices. Wild boar is ok, and like $40 cheaper but only 3-4 design that everyone has. These will help you stand out and add a bit of personalization
