A jury found an Auburn police officer guilty of murder and assault Thursday for the shooting death of a 26-year-old man in 2019.

I've been beat up by cops. I probably will never get justice. The first incident was in 2020 and the second in 2022. Both times everything was blamed on me and I was wrongfully accused of things I didn't do like kick an officer. I'd of gone to jail not the hospital if that had been true. Instead the cops beat me up but blamed everything on me. I was literally chucked into the back of a police car HEAD first plank style after being dragged down 32 concrete steps without shoes by an overly aggressive and overweight male cop. My life took a nose dive after this abuse. I of course was blamed for everything and haven't received A dime in justice nor even an apology. I'll be pushing daisies before any of that happens.

I don’t believe in the death penalty because too many people have gone to prison charge with crimes that bring the death penalty that were innocent. There have been too many cases recently of rape and murder that were overturned because of modern day DNA testing that they did not have when those people were found guilty. There have been several men in the news that were completely exonerated that when the DNA testing was done, they found they were absolutely innocent that the DNA that was collected from the murder scene was not DNA from the alleged convicted person. Several of these men spent 20 and 30 years or more on death row before finally being exonerated and then state does not want to compensate them for the majority of their life from them and putting them through mental and physical torture. There was a movie based on a true story where the character was played by Alan Alda about a murder case, and the man told him he was innocent throughout his trial and conviction right up to the moment before they put the cyanide into the chamber, killing him. Six months later, the actual killer gave his confession on his deathbed so an innocent man was murdered by the state. I do not remember what that case was about or who the people were been so long since I watched it. All I know is all played the alleged murder that was put to death innocently. Once I saw that movie, I no longer believed in the death penalty. Trust me, life in prison would be far worse than knowing that you are going to be given the death penalty and end your mental and physical torture being incarcerated. What goes on in prison is mental and physical torture daily. It is hell on earth. The atrocities that happened within the jails and prison are beyond the imagination of people and society because they do not care about those incarcerated. The fake news media, and the justice system lead the public to believe that anyone who goes to jail or prison deserves everything they get while they’re in there.

They think police employees have a high possibility of getting away with murder. Few years ago a middle aged black man was sitting in a car at a parking lot. A policeman was coming to the car and the man opened his door and ran about 20 Feet off the lot and on the road. The cop shot him in the BACK. The cop was acquitted. The black man had not committed a crime and there was no warrant out for him.
