Audi A6 Wheelbrace and Jack Location

Just bought mine a few days ago and spent a long time staring into the boot trying to find it with the owner's manual at hand, but no luck... almost drove to a dealership... this video reveals the secret compartment that should not be secret. Why they did not put a little picture of a jack on the panel or something. Otherwise, great motor

omg I have a few items in my ebay cart and I was just about to checkout, thinking that my newly acquired A6 C6 Avant was missing a load of stuff. I was looking where the spare wheel is, as that's where the toolkit and locking wheel nut key was on my C5. I am guessing that previous owners have not known where this stuff is either, as the front wheels have got brand new tyres on, but have had their locking wheel nuts removed - presumably a previous owner and his/her garage also did not know the location of the tools. I thought I would have to destroy the rear locking nuts to get them off when I eventually came to replace the tyres. I can't believe that Audi would hide this in such a manner. Annoying, but also neat and space saving. Thank you so much!

Just bought an A6 Allroad and couldn't find the tools - thanks! Any idea where to store the locking wheel nut removal key? Mine's just rattling around in the spare wheel currently - there must be a place for it?

For crying out loud obviously the side with a pocket has tools behind it. 🙄
