Today I drive and review an Audi R8 V10 Plus! Max's Instagram: / ongkikomax My Car Build/Mod Channel: / @tronautolab Second Channel: / @thebenhardyshow Instagram: ben_hardypl Facebook: @benhardycar
Why your car doesnt crackle? My friends R8 crackles like hell. And its stock. Furthermore you dint have the yellow orange green shift light from 6000 rpms up
That's the absolute dumbest feature ever on a car, that the engine has to be on to open the engine cover.. What if I need access to my engine but my battery is dead and I can't turn on the car? Just dumb.
I finally got to review one of these the other weekend, wish I would have seen this video first could have used some of your points! I loved the car and I am hoping to put one in the collection for the channel. Good video man. The brakes were a little to get used to but man did they work great and gave you a ton of confidence.
Daily driver? Yeah, I guess if you can afford the car you can afford all the fuel you're going to burn because it does not get even poor fuel economy, but slightly less. I love car reviews as much as anyone, but am I alone in being rather tired of fan-boy reviews? Every vehicle and I mean every vehicle has shortcomings. The R8 is a wonderful car as long as you can afford to feed it. That includes maintaining it which is also quite expensive with things like oil change/services coming in around $700. They are also rather notorious for leaking certain fluids, so as an owner, constant minor maintenance isn't just what you should do (and most do not), but a must to protect your investment. In summary, if you're going to suggest this as a possible daily driver, how about discussing the full truth of ownership instead of just the dreamy experience of driving the vehicle.
@@troystcyr3771 , true! Probably not an inexpensive daily either. But, I'll bet the R8 with it's thoroughbred blood requires more maintenance than an f350.
@@nYdGeo They do, I daily a Maserati Granturismo and it defiantly requires more attention than other standard cars, but nothing out of the ordinary. Now if we start talking about Ferraris/McLaren's/v12s and timing belt cars that's a whole other issue. Valve adjustments for v12's, certain DCT's and Carbon Ceramic breaks can make things very, VERY expensive; Think in the multiple tens of thousands $$$.
