Currently have a Huracan EVO and came from a R8 V10 Plus (2017)... got to say, I miss the ease of driving the R8 much more due to visibility. Also a WAY better audio system in the R8. The Huracan's touch infotainment system also is a mess in my opinion. Million leagues below the MMI of the Audi.
The sad part is that they are the same exact car but the R8 is a $100k less. You are paying $100k for Lamborghini badges, a body kit, and a different tune.
I’m learning towards an acr viper or the r8 for my first modern sports car purchase everything else I have is a hot rod or built dodge diesels. Thanks poster for explaining the comfort of an r8 I do plan to drive the hell out of the purchase and the acr viper from what I’ve seen is just not comfortable to drive distance.
@@aronbarron7158 Engines with no turbocharger's are called natural aspirated or N.A engines, and yes this R8 is powered by an N.A V10 engine. Anyway N.A V12's sounds better than N.A V10.
Don't compare all the Lambo's with the Audi R8. It's just with the Huracan, anyway the Huracan has better performance and looks than this R8. So, why prefer the R8?
Don't get me wrong, the R8 is arguably a better car, and I love it. More space, more practical, cheaper, well built, essentially the same car, more useful display etc etc. But I'd rather have the Lambo.
I would rather go for the huracan evo RWD for 2 reason: 1) better design (personal taste i know) 2) the engine sounds way better on the huracan and instead of the R8 you dont have rev limiter! It s a shame for the R8 🤷♂️

I fucking hate scrolling indicators. When you're at a traffic light and the person in front you has them, doesn't it make you so fucking nervous? They're gonna be required by law where I live.
i prefer more modernised and tech interior and one that looks nicer, i would like a mix of a Bentley continental GT, Mercedes 2021/2 and rolls Royce interior combined
I'm all for that! Actually each car should have a timing device to see which is truly has the best time over the 1/4 to allow for some of the poor reaction times - drag race results still stand (to keep Matt happy)👍

Physical buttons (hooray!!) and yet the interior design looks so minimal and classy. They sure know what they're doing, unlike some other companies which are all about marketing and style rather than usability (i.e. Tesla).
The R8 looks extremely beautiful, the rear is a work of art, very simple yet exciting. The front is also a good fit. The overall proportions just fit nicely. The Lamborghini looks like an angry wedge
man, i rode in one of these 2 weeks ago, and it is scary fast. went from 35 mph to 105 in less than 4 seconds. the feeling of it kicking from 5 down to first gear and being pinned to the seat in a state of pure shock is insane.
I'm not saying this because I drive a Yaris or anything... but when you read the list of stuff included as standard in it or in really cheap option packages, it makes you realize how many people overspend for nothing on other brands/models
