Yup and the Camaro / Firebirds were always kinda looked at as a Southern redneck car here in Canada.. Everyone likes looking at them and says cool car but don't want to own one. I've owned a '71,72,73 & '74 Firebird Formula cars so I know the stigma attached to them, only very specific buyers own them.

Where I'm from I see more women driving Camaro's, vs women driving Mustangs or Challengers. Not saying there is anything wrong with that. I like both Mustangs and Camaro's.

I do know the zl1 1LE has a usual common agreement that for handling and track days it’s one of the best to ever do it. So both have there upsides

It’s a $64,000 Camaro .. and a )150K Audi .the Camaro too can tuned to 1000 hp for about $25k and it’ll still be a 1/2 of the cost of the r8 .

С места Камаро проигрывает только за счет недостаточного сцепления с дорогой заднего привода, в то время, когда R8 полноприводный, и не нуждается даже в прогреве резины. Стоит поставить на заднюю ось на Camaro резину по шире и прогреть до рабочей температуры, то старт будет лучше, следовательно у R8 не будет шансов. Привет из России!💪
