4K? Stepping up the quality for future VR6 action! I've been debating Syvecs for a while now, but it looks like OST options are now available for PROJECTGEN3GLI. Thanks for the video as always fellas.

raise the volume when doing your screen recordings, it's very low, you can change it in post in most software.

I can definitely do this. Maybe next month when we progress the car and work out all the bugs of the hardware side and progress the car to make big power and fast times we can talk about it. Good idea

@Malaka MotorSports Hit up Elixir Powered they have a brushless pump that can support 2000hp easily on E90. The draw will be much lower than the average Walbro brushed pump.

The exact pump we have considered in a fuel cell. Let’s see how our testing goes and we’ll figure out for the future. But good idea

Great work as usual never cease to impress. Good to see someone analyze their information, looking at the info from the fuel and alternator. Question did you guys upgrade your car's ground system?. When I was a tech it was some times an issue with your ground and to add to it your pumps,ignition ,fuel pumps all make noise electrically and could cause erratic performance of critical components. Also the Alternator could be maxed out with your setup and is struggling to keep up .eg operating out max rpm range . The difference here is you can see it on the standalone 🤔😎👍. Oh yeah stav will make a nature show narrator 🤣

We did upgrade and add multiple grounds since we upgraded the electronics. But that is a possibility next week we will release part 2 to this video and show if what we found fixed the issue. Appreciate the kind words. Will show more next videos as we progress

Great video, especially with the screen recording! I would recommend turning up the mic sensitivity so the screen recording part of the video is the same volume as the camera portions of the video. Other than that, it was great! Can't wait to see more syvecs stuff!

New videos please!!! Side note, have you guys seen the VR6 swapped Audi 80 on RU-vid? Using a OB4 transmission from a B8 which because of the front differential location the engine hugs the firewall closer. Thoughts?

Yeah we are learning it’s everything and being able to use Syvecs to it’s abilities will surely make us better at fine tuning the set up

Do you think there is scavenging going on with the pumps? Like a down stream pump isn’t keeping up with a pump up stream? Get a amp clamp, (40 amp) Astro makes a decent one that is sold on Amazon. Hook up to the Pos lead of the fuel pump/pumps and see how much currant flow is going to the pumps. Voltage is completely different than amperage, amps is doing the work, voltage is stored capacity. The alternator should be sending high loads of amperage to the battery, and at that point the battery should to do the work. But if I can put my 2 cents in, you should be more focused on the amperage (work being done) than the voltage. Then look at the wiring size and grounds I’d guess your using 12 gauge wiring, and make sure it doesn’t transition to a smaller gage wiring down the line. Remember 12.6 should be full battery voltage and honestly it should never drop below that. It could be very well that you have a bad alternator, but usually they don’t half ass charge, usually take like a light switch, either they work or they don’t. But the last thing is to check voltage drop from the battery to its respective locations with a multimeter.

I second this. My friends car had a bad alternator, it would kick out 13.2-13.6v ish, you could drive around nonstop all day no problem, but it could barely charge the battery. New alternator was kicking out 14.2-14.3v rock solid, never an issue.

So I have a built vw 07k and the tuning for it in the aftermarket is very limited, would going the Syvecs route or say EMU black whats your opinion ?

The issue is availability. All proven brushless pump set ups are back ordered and just and are pretty expensive . We figure if we are going to go brushless then we will do it in a fuel cell. At that point less issues

Agreed trying to maintain factory parts while going full race car sometimes makes things harder. We have find a few items that needed fixing let’s see if it works.
