The whole purpose of there being a car culture is to be able to freely express yourself. Who cares how he's done his car. ITS HIS FLAVOR ! I think he did a good job for himself. Its not my taste, but you can tell he loves it and that's what matters.
Nice to see someone with that amount of passion, I have a 2008 s5 coupe in sprint pearl blue with silver leather interior. Love the exhaust! Sounds AWESOME
I think it's the fact that he actually believes that Audi should have included these mods from the factory. Like, he really believes that this isn't tacky as all hell looking like it came out of a happy meal.
the only thing i wasn't into was the wheel spikes but customization is meant to suit a personal taste so we won't all like or want the same mods as what others may want , but other than that sir you have built yourself a beautiful car.
I’m in the market for an S5 with the 4.2 V8 and I have to say, that is the cleanest expression I have yet to see. Love the RS 5 grill, absolutely LOVE the wheels, the roof and trunk spoilers give a subtle yet masculine look. Solid 9 out of 10 sir.
So what you just said was your car, again key word YOUR CAR, should look exactly like the rest of the S5s if you wanna be in the good ole boys car club.. ppppfff no thanks.. seriously why would you want your car to be identical to 90% of them. Car meets would just look like a Car Max sales lot and you can go to those any day of the week. Do you listen to a specific type of music or watch only certain things or eat Specific things because that's what everyone else does? Man I hope not
Honestly i really like your Audi, looks nice and clean, I own a 2012 s4 and can't be any happier, I don't know about the taillights though, i'm not a big fan of it but, it's your car, congrats..
So what you have to do to get the intake box to work right with your setup? I just bought the 2011 S5 4.2 and I'm just planning some mods so I know what I'm trying to do. Already did some exhaust with the straight pipe but just as the muffler delete and left the resonators and all that and I love it . Think yours is slightly louder what you ask your exhaust guy to do?
I wouldn't be how I would trick out my s5 - I'm pretty happy wiht the factory features, but this is nice for him and I know he put a lot of love into it, so good for him.
Nice people always hate when it's not what they like but that's the beauty of having your own car you can do what the hell you want . Why be like everybody else it's different and thats what I like most about your build
Funny how people hate things that they can't afford or there mommy will not let them buy . I like what you did with it . S5 just recently came to my attention. I'm definitely interested in getting one how has the reliability been so far?
Nice ride, should consider the facelift mod though. Lose the rs grille...tail lights seems jdm style :) interesting choice though (very unique). You've just inspired me to go to a local shop for those exhaust! dayummm (best mod so far imo)
Those clear tail lights are so tacky and hideous. That lighted Audi emblem, what were you thinking. This video should be called. What not to do to a beautiful car.
Love your mods. Your exhaust sounds SICK. Question about the fog lights though (and not trolling, really just want clarification). You said they're HID LED. Which one are they? Can't be both. Where did you get them? Also what did they do for the exhaust? Which mufflers/resonators did they remove? Cats? I had my rear mufflers cut off and it sounds way better, but nowhere near as mean as yours. Would also be cool if you could post links in the description to all your mods that you ordered
I just like the sound. Everybody likes to swap the original grill but since I've been driving Saleen Mustang's for the past 10 years having the honey comb grill is a must to have it deleted so...too many flickering lights and those wheels not my type but other than that it looks cool
Oh yeah Petkov bet it runs beeter and looks better than you 3 wheeln, 1 door drivn, literal bucket seat sittn Russian death trap you got out on the local dirt interstate you share with the local wildlife.. Demitri
Here's my opinion from an S5 owner. I tuned in because I like to look at ideas of what people have done to theirs, aftermarket. You did some interesting things like the grille change which I like, but changing the lighting (not fogs) fronts and tails to that blinking mode is cheezy in my view. Maybe if I was an 18 year old kid and had lots of cash, I might think about this, but the car is an elegant sports vehicle, designed by Audi to turn heads both aesthetically and performance wise, again in my view. Putting in lights and wheels like that makes it look like those Hondas and Hyundais the kids soup up nowadays. I paid almost 70k (Canadian) for my S5 and would not do most of what you did here. Its your deal, man and if you like it, then thats all that matters.
@@andredurham3731 Fine adjustment is done by set screw and may take a few times to get it wright. Don't forget to oil the shaft when you are done, it makes it a lot easier to move up and down with less wear.
Clean S5 👍. I also have a 10' S5 4.2 and went to my local muffler shop to remove the rear mufflers, soon to get a H pipe and possible resignator removed, she already sounds brutal... Though, you've got a few mods that aren't my cup of tea, but that's just me personally. Screw everyone else who's talking shit, at least it doesn't have AutoZone specials on it. Also, does that gold wrap come in bronze with the same effect?
Love your car Neil looks nice as and sounds incredible 👌🏼 what did you do exactly to the exhaust? Also how did you get the Audi badge to light up? Also where did you get that shifter for your auto? Factory one looks ugly lol
Eder, I think around $500 for the whole thing. I made several trips to the muffler shop trying to dial in the sound I wanted. It took me four times to get it right. The muffler shop had the tips in stock and these are made for trucks and are single wall stainless.
I'm definitely 'WOWED!' Awesome mod's you have there on your Audi S5! It would be cool if you could provide the website where you got the cool accessories! Anyway FANTASTIC WORK!
