Hey bruce, been getting a p0299 code replaced turbo, n75, upgraded diverter valve to gfb also replaced pcv and still getting that code any suggestions??

Great content dude especially on the fact that there is someone who tunes and knows his Audis on RU-vid. A question of the top of my head which no one can give me an answer to is here in South Africa we do not have 98 octane fuel and the best is 95 octane. However there is something called OB1 ethanol that people say you can put into your cars fuel tank and allow it to mix up with fuel in your tank to give you that boost in power. Can you verify please

Yes it would work just like an octane booster, like boostane, but your car has to be ethanol compatible, even doh most gas has a small percentage of ethanol, what year is your rs3, if you have a plastic intake manifold which I doubt, I would recommend only octane booster, but if you have , an aluminum one you’re fine, and thanks bro, I have family down there let me know anything you need

Changed maf sensor and throttle body and care runs and drives at first idle is higher than normal boost gauge shows boost leak but idk where to even begin looking 😞

Damn I'm wondering if that is why I can't find my leak I have codes P2187 and P2279 and multiple misfires I change 4 pcv valves, new valve cover seal, ignition coils, plugs etc.. Will check this out Thanks once again bro! 👌

It gets heated as it’s a hose, I would say about 30k miles, it starts to loose it’s integrity

It’s the brake booster vacuumed hose, the same one I pinned in my top comment but for b9☝️, I’m going to look at my b9 a give you the part number , what year is your b9, mine is 2019

What's the name of the part or the part number? A while back I had broke a fitting on my vacuum pump I looked hella hard for it just to end up buying a use pump just for that part I broke. So it would be nice to know the part number or name so if it happens again I could just buy that part.

Crazy, i never knew about this, i will check it when i get to my audi, my brakes are fine but i do have a small boost leak somewhere for a long long time. If it turns out to be that mf small piece of hose i'm going to be so mad.
