This app works when it feels like always having issue to lock and unlock

Most of these functions are missing in my Audi app for my Q4 etron. Audi UK do you know when Q4 etron will be fully supported with my Audi app?

Have been trying to get this working for over a year, endless calls to customer service and visits to dealerships, doesn’t work

Is it possible to activate the climate control to heat up/ cool down the car on the new A3? Same goes for the heated seats, or are those features only available on the electric audis?

I have the Audi Connect option in the MMI screen and a slot for a SIM card but I'm having trouble connecting myAudi app. I called Audi UK and they said it doesn't have a code listed. Mine is 66 plate A3, are there some 66 plate models that are not compatible with the app?

Does this work with the q2

App not working properly on my e-tron. Won't let me start charging or set timer. Also when I set a charge target, the car just ignores it and charges to 100%

Thanks for the video. Just purchased a Q4etron vorsprung model, and to be blunt the app is very very basic, heating & cooling. Can’t locate the car, can’t see if it’s locked or unlocked. The info screen crashes and just goes black. The car play randomly disconnects and reconnects. Constantly tells me bluetooth is not available. The user experience is really poor. I’ve been on the Audi UK forum and all these issue’s were reported with the launch vehicles and as yet well over a year later Audi hasn’t fixed any of them. A clear position from Audi would be great fully received as to when things might improve. £60k car and a 1990’s IT system.

I can’t set mine up because I don’t have the 10 digit code that was meant to be with the key. I’ve contacted the garage and they say they’ve never heard of this code. Any suggestions?

It would be nice if the MyAudi app would connect to my etron! Unless the car is unlocked or locked and charging it won't connect. Useless!
