Tbh, manual blood pressure is kinda difficult to get perfectly accurate even if the needle is crawling slower than a turtle. I think, as long as you're within a few points of what the BP is, it's all good.

I think i have to agree with 66/68. Yes you can hear it until 56. But diastolic sound is a change in sound or disappearance of sound. The loud thumping decreases after 66 (therefore a change).
