my husband turned his passport and all the documents it has been about 68 days and it still says refused with no reason so we are still waiting is there something I can do to help them they havent asked for anything at all

He told me 3 and a half months ago. I received an update and I told him he did not respond. He brought me from Facebook and I have children whom I have not seen and he does not feel anything about this. The feeling before you give them the money, they are nice, and after they receive the money, they change
