This is the busiest time of the year for me working at our music store. I filmed a few days of me getting rental instruments ready for the new school year.
This video isn't going to focus of Kidney Failure or dialysis, but rather show you what a day working looks like for me. I have another video that shows me teaching music lessons which is something I also do for the music store.
Thanks for watching my dear on-line friends!

I loved watching this! This definitely looks like a lot of work! You did a great job! Thank you very much for sharing this 👍. It was great to keep my mind off of my kidneys for a change.

I cracked up when you pulled that plastic spoon out of the pocket of that case! Nice work! Those instruments were really clean and shiny!

My music teacher would have had my head had I put tape on my glockenspiel. I love that you have shared just how active a life you are living, thank you for the 'behind the scenes' look at how much care goes into keeping our music going. *U* Kathleen

Very relaxing watch, thank you. I initially thought by the title that these months were busy because of fall nephrotic care 😂. All the best to you x

What a lovely video. Focusing on the details of instruments seems like a wonderful training for dealing with the precision of doing dialysis. Repetitive actions can be tedious to some folks but I can't help wondering if there's a type of peace for you in repairing and cleaning instruments for the children? Many things in life can't be fixed or made to look new again, so working with instruments that can be seems like a beautiful and fitting way to live.

I've seen instrument repair, all types, pretty much my entire life. As a young man out of the Army and newly married, my father went to the Erick Brand School of Music to learn instrument repair. 1949 through 2000. He was 💯 devoted and capable of fixing any instrument. If he didn't have a tool to fix something, he made the tool. His preferred instruments to play (and could he play) were the alto sax and clarinet. He passed in 2001 and there will never be a more devoted, talented, and caring instrument repairman. Miss you Dad.❤ Hope you enjoy your instrument repair business. My dad always looked so relaxed and eager to fix and move on to another.

Wow!!! What an interesting career you have. I had no idea you were a string player. It’s no wonder why your videos are so methodical. From one string player to another - I really appreciate all of your videos. ❤❤❤
