he is truly an asshole

He is a broken asshole. His life is in shatters so he is trying to control everything he still can. Still an asshole, but has his backround to be fair. Went too far though in the last eps.

@@bloedjohan7602 yeah he is a complex character, that’s what makes him interesting. but a lot of people are broken and still choose to not be assholes. a past can help understand peoples actions but doesn’t excuse them.

Like his behaviour in the beginning was quite okay for me, small engrained things are hard too control, especially if in denial (like some anxious people will try to control others which is toxic- but its hard to get rid off, the best thing one can do is try and try and try). But what he did at the end (first of all, kissing Sara without consent? god no-) with Wille was conscious and absolutely disgusting. Its explainable but not excuseable, thats true.

@@kingpumpkin1771 hi King Pumpkin. we probably have come across each other before! i just checked out your youtube thing and saw a lot of videos from TYRUS. i had no other reason to watch 'andi mack' but to follow Cyrus and TJ. I contributed a lot of comments to various channels that did recaps of the show. it still bothers me that there wasn't a spinoff of CALLED "the adventures of TYRUS. Cyrus (josh) and especially TJ (Luke) were and still, such amazing role modelsKing Pumpkin is sounding very familiar. I think i watched YOUNG ROYALS, more for Malte then for the actual storyline of the show. Shows like thease, didn't exist with i was a teen.

@@roncaron8939 Yeah, I watch a lot of shows mainly for their ships. Andi Mack was one of them. And I agree, Tyrus deserved to have it own show. Also as grateful as I am that I am able to grow up with shows like Young Royals, we still have a long way to go. There is still so much representation missing from the media.

@@brooklyn.d2390 to me it looks like sara doesn’t ACTUALLY like him she just wants to be like everyone else at the school so badly and saw an opportunity when august kissed her (which was gross and manipulative by august ugh) .. and dating august (popular, influential, good looking) will definitely give her that sense of status and belonging she craves. but hopefully she will come to her senses and dump his ass after a while.

@@Lina-fq1yz his redemption arc was mediocre tbh. He literally called Hermione slurs and was a whole racist, yet people forgave him so easily cause they though he was attractive.

@@Mary-hw1ek hi Mary Kate, are you talking about August, being cousins of Eric? Yes, they are cousins. That doesn't mean that there wasn't a "Bromance or Romance" going on between them. I totally agree with you about Will's loss being August's win. August is a second rung royal. He needed to be Eric's friend for social reasons. It seemed as if he was riding on Eric's coat tails and once he died, he needed Wille as a close friend (or more) to keep elevated socially. Simon is definitely in Augusts his way .

actually I think that august isn't really homophobic. When he saw Wilhelm and Simon together he never seemed disgusted or anything by it. The reason for uploading the video was also out of jealousy and not disgust or homophobua

@@chilichicken0959 his behaviour makes me think he has some sort of personality disorder, which explains his meanness but of course doesnt make his attitude okay. But I think what the original commenter meant was his probable eating disorder (he's always exercising and then theres the scene where hes recording himself working out and grabbing his fat). Big sad :(

I do think it’s something narcissistic or antisocial, maybe he’s a sociopath or have certain tendencies and all I meant is that it’s not only HIS fault but also people around him who don’t realize he needs help
