That sounds great! I was considering for next year to do 4 chapters per day, I would only be reading through the Bible once in the year, but I feel like I could read it more closely that way while still reading in context. Also if I decide to make videos, not being a Biblical expert, a video on what has been shown to me through God's Word in 4 chapters seems more feasible than one chapter at a time. For example, I'm sure there is a wealth of knowledge to be had in chapters mostly dealing with genealogies but the insights there are mostly sealed to me.

@@RyanHReviews That sounds like a good idea to me. Especially if your going to do videos on what God is showing you. Last time I read thru the Bible I did it in chronological order..at least according to the information I had. That was interesting. Probably won't do that again tho.

I wanna do audiobooks but if I can't focus on it I just atop listening to them. I did 2 the month before but this month I couldn't focus on the audio... 9 is a lot for me as well and tbh the Bible took over. A year this time thru so technically I didn't read that one all this month Lol

@@RowdyPlayer1 yeah I want to be in the Word every day... But I fail at it. Thankfully it's by grace and not works or I'd be in some deep crap. 😂 I kind of changed it up about 80% thru where I was just reading it to get theu it...but then I decided why? Seems better to just read a chapter or two and really absorb what I just read...so it slowed me down but I ended up with better understanding of things... So I don't think I will just rush thru anymore... Right now I have no idea what to do so I'm just jumping around in Proverbs and Psalms. They are so good.. ok sorry enough rambling... I hope you pick up the Bible again.

Can't pick the algorithm. My Animal Channel did a short that was 187k views 525 subscribers 177 shares and now that channel is 5-15 views per hr for 3days now. However, you have a consistent following and are good so I believe you will grow 😊

Aww thank you, my unofficial booktube dad❤😊awesome job on reading the Bible through again! I finished the Old Testament last year and am working on the New this year. Hope to finish Revelation by December. If I do, I will have read through the entire Bible for the first time!

Yeah it was cold out... and between you, me and the fence post I have my wife hold onto my pearls when I go outside. That way I don't freeze them off or lose them. Plus it makes her feel powerful. Hmmm fav of the summer... plan on ranking all my top reads at the end of the year but as far as summer goes my favorite was the (3) novels in one The Teton Bunch it was the western book. I really enjoyed that one. FOE was close tho. You got anything coming out soon?

Oh my goodness that 20,000 page a year. Then I calculated it by 12 and it's very do-able. The Bible is always a good read. And checking my page count last year it was over 35k. I like your goal. I've never considered it. What made you think of counting pages read? Is the pervert book Lolita? I refuse to read that book. Fall is already there? You don't get the fall tease? I'm in KY and as soon as we think the fall weather has arrived we're blasted by another heat spell, repeat a couple of times and then finally it will be fall. I'm sorry about your dog. I'm glad he had a good final five years on a nice piece of land. We just found out our old girl, (an adoption), has bone cancer. We don't know how long she has to live so we're making the most of the time we have. And I'm wondering what guard dog I want next. Happy fishing and reading.

@@BookZealots wow 35k! I read 53 books last year for 17k. So instead of increasing my book count I just decided to use pages. I know with book counts I could kind of cheat by reading shorter books at the end if I was behind. This way 20k is what it is whether I read big books or small books. Thank you about Murphy and I'm sorry to hear about your pup as well. Spoil the snot out of her while you still can. 😢 Oh and yes the Bible is always a great read. I'm reading Psalms and Proverbs for now. Thanks for watching and leaving such a long comment... I appreciate that.

@@FacelessBookReviews Are you reading the Bible straight through or flipflopping? My son flipflops reading a book here, then another book, going from new to old as he feels led. I like reading chronological but this includes New Testament with Old Testament verses, so sometimes Psalm or Proverbs it thrown in. I'm in Isaiah and 1 Corinthians with a few psalms for this week. (I'm a week a head of schedule).

@@BookZealots Last year I read the Bible chronologically... This last time thru I went from Genesis to Rev. Right now I'm just going to flip flop around. I'm not sure I will do a full read thru...at some point I will want to do a full reqd and then I will probably go from Genesis to Rev again. Right now I just want to hand pick as I'm led. Being a week ahead is better than a week behind. 😂

When my channel was named Buttless Book Reviews my reveal video was my most viewed video too. People were mad because when I revealed my Butt it made all my smoking viewers upset because they said it was an anti-smoking video. The Butt reveal was just an old discarded cigarette butt I found on side of the road. It was Nasty looking! So, I shut that channel down assp. You live and learn.

@@Littlebiglibrary Listen we all say stuff but I'm sure none of it is meant with malice. The problem today is that everyone is too sensitive and because one person finds it offensive we are told not to say it .. blah... I say what I want but I try not to be hurtful about it. Where would we be if we had to adjust to everyone's feelings? We wouldn't be able to say anything. People need to take themselves a little less seriously. I bust my own chops all the time. I do it on here. I don't for a minute take myself serious... So maybe that's why I'm personally not that offended by most things... Not all but most. 😂

I have yet to watch your face reveal. You remain faceless. Reading the bible cover to cover is an honorable feat, which translation did you read? Whats your favorite old testament book? Favorite new testament book?

Please don't give into the temptation... I want us to stay friends... once you see the face you can't unsee it. LOL Awesome questions... but man so hard for me to answer... hmmm Well this one isn't hard... I read the KNJV I'd like to be able to read the KJV but I know some of it would be harder for me to understand so I take it down a notch with the NKJV. Ok so I probably would go with Genesis for the OT... altho I really enjoy Job... Psalms and Proverbs are great as well. On the NT excluding any of the gospels I think Romans... Interestingly enough I seem to enjoy more of the OT stuff over the NT. I think I'm different in that aspect from most people. Every time I get thru the Bible I always get excited about starting the OT again. Great questions... thanks.

@@HideAndRead I can't image that would be blasphemous but who knows with some people. Personally I've always enjoyed Luke. I would say I like the fact that he was originally a physician (a man of science in a sense) and he is the only one of the 4 who was actually a gentile. There is just something about these 2 facts that draw me to him a little more than the others. Clearly I think they are all great but I do lean towards Luke.
