材料：
唯一面10片
蒜米【切末】适量
虾米 50g
炸葱头 适量
菜心 适量
鸡蛋 2粒
清水 1小碗
食油 适量
调味料：
酱油 适量
黑酱油/晒油 适量
蚝油 1汤匙
做法：
1. 烧热水，汆烫唯一面。
2. 烧热油，2粒鸡蛋打成蛋汁，下锅煎成蛋皮，切片。
3. 烧热油，爆香蒜末、虾米、炸葱头。
4. 加入1小碗清水。
5. 加入1汤匙蚝油、适量的黑酱油、酱油调味。
6. 加入菜心、汆烫好的唯一面翻炒，盛盘。
7. 最后，撒上蛋皮即可。
Fried Vit’s Instant Noodles
Ingredients:
Vit’s Instant Noodles 10 pieces
Minced Garlic appropriate
Dried Shrimp 50g
Fried Shallots appropriate
Choy Sum appropriate
Egg 2
Clean Water 1 small bowl
Cooking Oil appropriate
Seasoning:
Soy Sauce appropriate
Black Soy Sauce appropriate
Oyster Sauce 1 tablespoon
Cooking Steps:
1. Boil hot water and blanch the Vit’s Instant Noodles.
2. Heat oil, beat 2 eggs into egg juice, fry into egg skins and slice them.
3. Heat oil, saute minced garlic, dried shrimps, and fried shallots.
4. Add 1 small bowl of water.
5. Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, black soy sauce, and soy sauce to taste.
6. Add choy sum and blanched Vit’s Instant Noodles, stir fry, and serve.
7. Finally, sprinkle the egg skins.
