Man, I’m remember growing up in the 80s and 90s I remember the housing and farmlands were like a couple thousands of dollars back then it was cheap. I do not know why they don’t put prices back down like that like the way they did back in the 90s that’s what they need to do, a lot of people like that give me a thumbs up if you guys like my comment or girls

The horrendous traffic with return to office and Austin's poor decisions like reducing Gracy Farms from 4 to 2 lanes to put a bike lane in during the last decade is pushing up more demand in the city.

High interest rates for 30 yrs / high home prices that are inflated/ high property taxes/ high maintenance fees/ high HOA dues YES ITS A GREAT TIME TO BUY😂

Look into the number of animals being "rehomed." Tech companies are affecting the lifespan of loved animals. The numbers are astronomical.

A decent mortgage, low interest rates, and a nice place to live; for those who voted for the current administration in Washington, don't complain about the current situation now.
