I'm not sure it's stereotyping when you know that it's factually accurate that Australia has a lot of really dangerous, scary critters, and you believe someone who tells you about another one, one you haven't heard of, when you didn't grow up knowing about any of the others, either.
Bahahahahhahaha the hoop snake got me laughing so hard!!! As an Aussie I can confirm I have been practising how to avoid hoops snakes my entire life✨✨✨💀💀💀😭🤣🤣🤣
When I went to visit Australia one of my sandals broke so I walked barefoot into a store and apologized and the cashier said I thought you were a local until you spoke 😂😂
Personally, my brother told me the koalas land on your head and eat your brain. I know it’s not true and I’m still scared cause he told me when I was five and I’ve believed it for years before I found out it wasn’t true
What stereotypes do they have? The only stereotype I have of Nigeria is that everyone is black. I assume I’m wrong considering it was colonized but what else is there?
@@Jaedub86 they stereotype that: 1. We're mostly poor or homeless and they only mostly show the dirty side instead of the expensive and fun sides 2. They also stereotype that we're all black like you said
GAHAHAHAH SAME I LOVE HER ACCENT ( i am balkan / Slavic so my accent is like kinda Russian so hearing these accents makes me so happy becaus they are all so special in their own way yk? 😝💗
as an australian i can relate one time there was a hoop snake coming at me in 3rd grade and we had to evacuate the whole school because kids were digging hoop shaped holes trying to find the snakes
That is not true emoji I’m Australian and you are allowed to wear shoes in Australia. I always wear shoes where I live so that’s definitely not true. 😡
Yeah I wish I could go back in time 9 months ago to went my grandmother was alive. She was one of the very few people who helped me. And now that she is gone I feel like there is no reason the live any more. Sorry to the little children who see this, do not repeat this.
Lol I went to the beach this summer as a Louisianian and there was a whole bunch of 6-9ft gators just chilling on the beach. Had to wait for a fat one to cross the road before I could even get onto the beach. Was gonna go for a swim and found out there was some NASTY bacteria in the water. Funny how I was just gonna ignore the gators but microscopic creatures scare me 💀
@@Skyla-Maewe get those as well but swimming in fresh water, amoebic meningitis, nasty way to die. you gotta hold your nose when jumping in the water cos thats how it gets in.
As an Australian the amount of unknowing travellers I’ve seen being attacked by hoop snakes is immeasurable. I’m so happy Bridey’s spreading more awareness for those who are unaware of the dangers in our country 😁
Australian TikTok got me so traumatized she had me for the first 15-20 seconds😂 I actually believed her, because after seeing the Huntsman Spider just chillin in folks houses like they pay rent and property tax, why not? Why not have a snake that rolls down a hill in a perfect circle to collect prey? It’s Australia, anything is possible
Thank god someone is finally telling the honest truth, as an Australian I'm sick of people calling bricks phones and wearing their shoes. Also wow you're a professional hoop snake avoider!
@@Hellokitty.99s i live in australia and of course its true! if you go to your local supermarket and you're wearing shoes it's really strange. No need to pack shoes if youre coming to aus
When thongs in Australia were invented that's what we called them. AKA Chinese Safety Boots or for you wierd people who call them Flip. Flops seriously?? Now you know why a certain article of feminine & really wierd guy wear is called a Thong. It's also why we laugh when you tell us you're wearing a thong. It's an old Joke.
@shieldwolf65 - I grew up in Canada calling them thongs or flip-flops. I haven't worn any in decades. I found out recently that they're bad for your feet, because your toes have to scrunch up when walking, to keep them on.
