Guy: Again says a celebrity name which obviously the reporter picks up on as a troll with his voice and facial expression Reporter: Asks about the gear (equipment that was in question) Guy: playfully misinterprets it as pipe, bong etc (for smoking marijuana) Reporter: clarifies that she was asking about the equipment It's hilarious for Aussies for those references, word play, facial expression, trolling and just taking a piss at the reporter. Also, normally in a situation like that one is serious and try to give the right info but these guys aren't taking any of it seriously, which is regraded as typical Aussie attitude

It’s from an evening news show called the Project. They do serious news but they mix it with funny reports like this. It’s basically like the news but more casual and outwardly political (or more political than Australian news at least, they’re basically not political at all compared to the US)
