It's like Christmas morning everytime you guys do mail time. I'm so impressed with my fellow Australians, they are so generous and thoughtful. Makes you realise there is still a lot of great people out there.

Some American company copyrighted "Ugg", so Aussie companies cannot legally call them that any more when selling internationally. We have to sell them as "Sheep-skin boots". Imagine an Australian company copyrighting "Hot-dog", so you can't have them at baseball games any more. Shits me to tears. Kangaroos don't sweat, so leather made from them is super strong, as well as subtle. Great for motor-cycle leathers, as they don't shred when sliding down the road.

Australians cannot sell Ugg boots in the USA as some low life copyrighted the name "Ugg". They have actually successfully sued an Australian manufacture/seller that has been selling them for over 40 years for sending some to the USA.

The "coin purse" is actually a tote bag for groceries that folds small to fit in a handbag as its called in Australia, I think you call it a purse though. In many places in Australia disposable plastic shopping bags are banned, you either buy tote style bags or a stronger, reusable plastic bag to put your groceries in then bring them with you when you next go shopping.

I think the word you had trouble reading in Donna's letter was Akubra, a hat company that's popular in Australia. It's pretty synonymous with rural Australia, along with R.M. Williams, and the slouch hats they produced during the world wars become ingrained into our military identity.

Those RM Williams belt buckles are cool as & where not cheap, Ian the kangaroo skin bush hat you put on back to front mate. Another good unboxing, plenty of goodies and food. 👍😁👍🇦🇺

You did well Ian and family, R.M. Williams stuff is not cheap! Very generous. Both Pedro and yourselves will probably enjoy The Story of R.M. Williams, there would be a vid on the Tube, he was an artisan and so are his products to this day. His leather goods, including boots are very high quality. People like our prime ministers and our movie stars wear them. The last box, Byron Bay cookies, Byron Bay is an alternative seaside town or village, which is also the holiday destination of the rich and the famous. e.g. famous Australian Actor Chris Hemsworth (Thor) and his family live there, also in the past, Crocodile Dundee - Paul Hogan lived there, etc

Thanks to you Australia Post has employed 50 new staff. That L & P is available here in Australia. So Delicious to drink. The Xmas Ornaments were great idea for you to re-use over / over again. Danni will never take those Uggs off. I sent them to a GF & she wore them everywhere. Bogan Women wear them with mini skirts in winter / summer. Pedro is a bloody legend - he just takes it all in his stride - you need to educate your dad John, who is just getting used to it all. Sadly many lolly companies have closed over the years but you will find generic brands just as good + alot cheaper.

Plain fun of watching your genuine and appreciative reactions 2. Your joy and genuine interest in our country and culture 3. Plain generosity 4. Bloody cute kids 5. Vicarious fame 6. The thrill of seeing your post opened 7. A little sense of superiority in the quality of our products 8. We feel like we’re making new friends and hope you’ll maybe visit one day 9. The wholesomeness of your family interactions, love your papi in law 10. Sort of like visiting you while we can’t actually leave the country Probably many more, but I hope this continues for a while and that you can spread those treats around your friends and family. It’s not a coin purse it’s a shopping bag. You can fold it and put it in your pocket or handbag. We have phased out single use plastic shopping bags here. So those bags are quite common. I carry a couple

The cooler bag is one of the packaging options in aus A few years ago we had a change in laws that forced supermarkets to charge for plastic bags It was an attempt to lessen excess rubbish for obvious environmental reasons. Now as you check out, you bring your own bags with you. Or you purchase recycled plastic bags for 30 cents Most people reuse them a few times too. If you want to fork out more like a few dollars, you can buy strong material bags or insulated cooler bags. And you take them with you next time you go.

I think why Australians like you so much is because you don’t try to be flash and your videos are filmed in a family setting.

Ian, in Australia, we call soft candy “jubes” whereas you guys seem to call them all gummy candy. The word gummy arrived in Australia with Haribo Gold Bears, but prior to that, fruit gums were harder jubes without sugar on the outside.

I love the Ned Kelly Beer Stein....That's gorgeous! Everyone is so generous. I'm amazed at the packaged food. There are things there I've never seen in my supermarket or local shops. I have to find where I can get the BBQ Rib Twisties...I love Twisties (especially cheese). I hope you enjoy every morsel. ...and the TicToc's! If you look at the top you will see one side is more round and the other side sorta comes to a curved point. The curved point is the front. If you wear it that way it should also be more comfortable. Oh and Nobby’s is a great brand. They sell lots of nuts. We call em Nobby’s Nuts lol

Some great boxes… RM Williams is a country clothing store, been around for almost 100 years. All items are Australian made and best quality. Not cheap, a pair of boots cost around $600.

I love watching your videos and the way you have taken to all things Aussie. I have been to the States many times and have very good friends who love to take us on road trips when my hubby and I visit. And we take them on road trips when they come over here. We live in Queensland and love showing off our coastline as well as our outback. Every time I think of some things I'd love to send you, I watch one of your videos unpacking Aussie mail and find someone has beat me to it. The coin purse is actualy a foldable bag, you normally keep them in your glove box of the car or in your handbag. Some people also attach to keys.

At least I know we have one thing in common. When I was growing up living in Brisbane, Queensland, there were 3 questions everyone asked and they were 1. Are you Holden of Ford? 2. Do you live northside or southside and 3. Rugby League or Aussie Rules? We were and still are Holden, northside and League! LOL But my special love is for the Holden Torana. My first car was a Torana and all of my 3 kids had Toranas for their first cars too. LOVE LOVE LOVE Torana!

It's kind of weird... While we did shorten 'chocca block' to 'choccas', they are used slightly differently. But yes they mean 'full' or 'packed'. (The pub was choccas)

Love L&P., tried it in NZ ~5 years ago and loved it. used to be able to get it in the supermarket here, but the ones local to me have stopped stocking it. last time I was in Brisbane I could get it but have had no luck here in Tassie.

Careful with the gingernuts - they are delicious but very hard! Yummy to dip in hot tea
