The Australian Saké Festival is an annual event that is now held in both Melbourne (in July) and Sydney (in Sept), offering up a range of Japanese saké for tasting, along with Japanese food stalls, music and entertainment, as well as education and workshops!
We had an incredible time, experiencing the Japanese saké culture and highly recommend this experience for anyone interested in saké the Japanese drinking culture.
