Jordan farrar cat are out of the on highway engine game, except in their own truck's which are a partnership with navistar I believe. Mack use their own engine's and Kenworth offer cummins or detroit series 60 in Australia
Mack's use to use Cat and Cummins engines, nowadays the bigger Mack's use Mack/Volvo engines and only the Metro Liner continues to run a Cummins. Kenworth use exclusively Cummins and Paccar engines now, they ditched Detroit when they stopped production of the Series 60 and when Caterpillar pulled out of the on Highway market that's when Kenworth could no longer use them which is a shame. But the current Australian spec Cummins engines these days would have to be the pick of the bunch over here now, they are very good, they're very different engines to the US spec Cummins.
