I'm having the same issue my fob got damaged 3 locks smith say the same thing they put the new fob in the port and nothing happens I don't know what fuse to look for any ideas ??

Possibly key tool max? Key tool plus.. is it for Mitsubishi??which vehicle?

@@MYKEYSAUTOMOTIVE I have few id46 chips with uncut blade (+) but when I can it it says chip is locked. And I believe I tried to problem these couple times but vehicle does not program it. Example would be 2008 Chevy Tahoe. It is comon with may Chevy vehicles.

Try to program just the remote itself manually and see if that will work. Also try your spare key/remote if you have one. Otherwise I believe something wrong with the car itself.

The test key is a key without chip also known as a mechanical key wont start car but will unlock door! Hu101 is for a ford high security key.. it's hidden inside the smart key

You usually cut a test key first and make sure it works before you cut the emergency key, so you don’t waste an emergency key if for some reason you have the cuts/key code wrong.

Try disconnecting battery for a couple minutes.. yes chances are it did get messed up for chosing the wrong option.. try also turning on your emergency lights! Sorry for the late reply! Let me Know how it went!

@@MYKEYSAUTOMOTIVE no prob! Yes I tried these things. The steering lock mechanism failed during programming and I’ve replaced it but still can’t do all keys lost. I may have to either replace steering lock again yo make sure it works or replace bcm or learn escl

This once happened to me the programmer that was able to release steering lock and program key was the Smartpro programmer!!

@@iskooobydoo yes. I ended up using a different key- also keep the key in the slot for a while until you see it red on dash, the key light. When you see the red key light, try programming as akl

See then theres those costumers .. the meth heads .. that rip out the whole car and expect you to fix their mistakes.. i often get those yes.. I already learned how to spot a red flag i always ask 100 questions as to how they lost there keys and if the have thouched or removed anything 🤣🤣🤣🤣 you will get those alot especially in the middle of the nights

@@MYKEYSAUTOMOTIVE i wont be doing the middle of the nights. Im a mobile mechanic. Get very good money from this job alone. Keys is something else. If I have to work night shift to do it, it aint for me. I do it days only. Part time locksmith

@@MYKEYSAUTOMOTIVE ok so todays was worse. I turned up to a guy which bought a shit heap last night from a part of UK notorious for drugs. The car has been badly painted down one side. Clearly in an accident. Guy gets 60 miles back and it breaks down. When asked did you enquire about service history and last time repaired, he said he didnt. So when I got to the car I was armed with a few things collected from the shop on his behalf. One being a new battery. 2 a ground lead. 3 a camshaft sensor. I start the job but the guy wont leave. So many stupid questions. I hate people being beside me when I am trying to work. The bullshit questions like oh so you have a dog. How old is he. Blah fucking blah blah. Pushing on I remove various components to find the sensor in worst position. Needs more time. Customer says no he cant give more time so even though he was uber paranoid about driving the car without the part being changed, suddenly he wants it put back together with the old part left there. When I get around to doing the key, im so pissed hes there asking dumb questions the key part goes wrong. Both keys not working. Then i get one working and all the while hes there. I tell him he must have a brain problem or something. If he wont go away all hes doing is trying to make it not work. Im going to get tough on customers now. They sign a legal agreement to f off. If they dont I leave and they get nothing. I changed the customer battery. From a good battery to another good battery. Hes a fool.
