@@dansal938 hey I’m going through the same issue I’m trying to add a key to a 2021 Nissan Sentra and it’s telling me I need to connect a special adapter to the gateway connector to continue
@@edgareberhardt2766 I called customer support and they said its in BETA (try out) I did not want to risk it, so I did not do the job. I was honest with the customer and explain.
If its push to start u don't need it. But on some older ones there's a 16 minute security hold for immo box reset. The appb112 is nice because u can generate key from immo box then add key its much faster with all keys lost
Get the autel. Way better for the extra couple hundred . Xtool has alot of issues with chrysler fobs and can't do any German cars plus aytel is on Christmas special get it!
@jamescc2010 you need to reread that part there is very big risk of damage to the bcm. If you read that part again you will know why there was no risk on this particular car.
No tokens. Screw that. I would never buy a tool that require tokens. Free warranty with everytime u renew tool yearly. And 508 and 608 is same. Only get 608 if u do mechanic work. If u do keys only the 508 is much cheaper and u can buy xp400 pro separate. 608 difference has more diagnostic features and bi directional functionality. If u don't do mechanic work don't bother with 608. Plus 508 is smaller and easier to carry. 608 is huge.
@@InitialD15it wont bypass? You mean if there is no pin code implemented by factory to the car (not use pin code) then simple can not program new keys with this autel ?
