hi Jason, how are you? My name is Shantelle I am an addict, yesterday I found your meditition "leting go of control" . Control was ingrained in everything I did, my using, my children, my lifestyle, my sex life, other people and when I couldn't control anymore and the drug was overpowering me, I just gave up on myself and my children and life. Through your meditition I had self relisation of the moment I hit rock bottom. Now I can pray to my higher power the universe and I know it will provide for me and love me and care for me and I WILL have compassion for myself and others. beautiful as always. anxiety often takes me away from my authentic self, making me seem weaker and less caring then I am. these meditations are a wonderful reminder that I can overcome that.

Finally commenting because I have to tell you how much these meditations mean to me. For as long as I can remember, I have been a worrier and its led to self harm and suicidal thoughts even at its worst. Since about last year, I have began to change and grow into a happier person through other lifestyle changes but day to day worry still got to me. I started doing your meditations and that completely changed. For the first time I feel like I don't have my life planned out but I can find peace and happiness in the present instead of depressed over the past or anxious for the future. Thank you so much for this gift ❤️

Jason, I've been regularly listening to and relying on your videos for several months now whenever I try to sleep due to insomnia that I've had for most of my life. They calm and center me and restore peace and love to my soul. I feel as if I'm made of glass and so many things throughout my day wear me down so thinly. I've really only seen a handful of the many wonderful videos you have, but you always put a smile on my face. Thank you so, so, very much for what you do. Hello Mr.Jason . You are the best person who has ever helped me in my life.I mean this whole heartedly I have actually really gone I dervto a great deal of pain related relief due to 6) back surgery all with titanium rods per anterior per post terroir. Over a period of 10 years .I always came down with stage 4) No hodgiin lymphoma , Burkett lymocitic leukemia.Surgery was stat then rad / Chemo all at once .I did not look human.I looked like I was in a bleach bottle also it made look like a man.When I wore a baseball cap I had beautiful thick red hair .Well one year later it came back again this time moving into back of my brain.I was walking into walls and a plate glass door one day Yes i'm survived two times only your voice and God led you to me I know .You really are a gift and a beautiful soul Jason .Thank you with all my heart for keeping me calm and the sleep hearing you talk to me is like your next To me in the same room.I'm so comforting when I turn on your therapy blessing and beyond. I've been struggle today with anxiety, self doubt and fear. This past year ive been making changes and working on being my true self. The process is not always pleasant. I bursted into tears when I imagined the family gathering. I saw there my grandfather too, who passed away last year... And this got me thinking how messy my life is now and that he, who always supported me and was my best friend, would be dissapointed of me right now. I am ashamed of myself, but I think this is a wake up call and I must learn to love myself more and be the person he knew I am. Thank you for this beautiful meditation and I send you all the love in the world!

Hello Jason, I wanted to take a moment and let you know that this meditation you created, is a life changing one for me. And has a message within that confirms something I've been mulling over with much doubt for the past couple of weeks. I was directed by my spirit guides to visit this meditation tonight. I had previously asked for guidance to my question on what to do. And you said it here. No "I think he said it" but positive affirmation this is the direction I should follow. Dear Jason I have just listened to the meditation of authenticity it was amazing Thankyou Jason so much I suffer terrible with anxiety or anxious thoughts my worst is getting ready for a party! Sometimes I nearly don't go when I'm nearly ready my partner always brings up a flute of prosseco like low alcohol sparkly wine I sit on the bed and look at myself all done not over done just me looking my best I sip the wine and do the final touch of lipstick pale pink with a hint of glossiness none of my close friends understand why I suffer with self confidence issues they you have it all the figure the looks I just don't see it so when you mentioned put yourself in a party scene I automatically went in to slight panic mode but Jason you know the minute I get to the party I'm fine I talk and laugh and really enjoy myself it's just the build up to it once I get there I'm fine but your meditation then really helped me when you said breath in I opened my arms to the universe and breathed in confidence and blew out self consciousness negative me I feel a little big headed by saying I have the looks and figure but I have to look at myself differently and be grateful of what I have so each breath was positive me and each exhale was negative me I also thanked you and the universe openly with my arms and asked for you my partner and my children to be blessed because it's them that understand me and your giving me more strength with every meditation you do I fall asleep with your voice and I wake up doing morning meditation with you and for that Jason I Thankyou !🙏🏽🍀

I am surprised that I never heard this meditation before today. Maybe that was how the universe intended it to be. Your words were so moving and forced me to face my true self; both the good and many flaws. I realized over the past years I have changed drastically as if a turtle retreating into it's shell. This was truly inspiring on so many levels, touching upon each aspect of my life. I will definitely be repeating this one again.
