@@nashgamalinda5383 it all comes down to trust. Do you trust her? That plays a huge role in all relationships but especially long distance ones. Being a photographer myself and also doing modeling and working with males in the car scene, I have dealt with jealous partners but I'm loyal so they have nothing to worry about. Any guy I'm around or deal with would know my relationship status and if they aren't respectful, I don't associate with them. I'm sure she's a pretty girl so there are always going to be guys who fantasize or are interested in her, especially if she posts a lot on social media. That's something we can't control. As long as you trust her, then I don't think you have anything to worry about. One thing you want to avoid is accusing her of doing something wrong especially if she's innocent. I know it's difficult because you're so far away but she is her own person and if she chooses to post bikini pics that's her choice. If you aren't okay with that then you have to decide if that's something you want to deal with. I hope I'm making sense here. I'm not attacking you for feeling this way, I definitely understand why this situation creates jealousy.

Just be honest about how you feel and there's nothing wrong with letting her know to be careful dealing with strangers on the internet who take interest in her photos. Sometimes people do have weird intentions.

As someone who struggles with confidence, I have searched for meditations on confidence and power often. This one, though, is something special. I was actually able to embody what it would feel like if I were a confident, powerful woman in a leadership role and it filled me with awe and joy at the experience. I have never felt that way before, but now that I know what that feels like, it gives me something that I feel is possible to manifest in my life.

I would like to say I been listening to Jason meditation and it has really help me overcome self doubt. I failed my boards and really had no confidence in myself and always felt like I wasn’t good enough or couldn’t achieve anything. I listen to this video every night and started having a more positive mind. When people ask if I felt ready I would respond yes instead of I’m not sure I hope so. I found out I passed my boards the second time around. I was filled with joy when I found out and while taking the test I always felt confident in my answers and never doubted my knowledge.

I haven’t started the video yet, but I just want to express how nice it is to look at all these beautiful and positive comments. I’m just becoming adulthood, my first real relationship and I’m still having doubts about myself and the career I want to chose. Even tho I love myself really much, I feel like I’m not myself and I’m not certain about my life as much as a would want to be… I hope this video will help me calm down haha, but frl reading these comment already made me feel better. I struggle with low self esteem due to affecting toxic and narcissistic people into my life. They always try to put me down when I want to succeed because I have a disability. :( Love you're meditations Jason. I hate negative self talk so I hope this helps. :) Always been told I can't do this or that so it gave me trust issues around people. :(

These family members or “friends” are not able to love themselves, so how can they love you? They’re not able to accept themselves, so how can they accept you? Don’t listen to broken people who take their anger and pain out on others, to make sure that others are not elevated. They feel that if you succeed or are happy, that means they’ll go down even lower than they are now, and be “below” you. And they absolutely cannot see you rise. It is their low self-esteem they’re trying to project onto you. Source made you, and Source doesn’t make mistakes!

Jason there was a visualisation meditation you did where you enter a log cabin with a long corridor, entering rooms you find a picture of yourself who you will/can become. I cant find it anywhere... do you know which one I'm referring to ? Ps.
