Yes, I do internalize problems a lot because I do not know how to process emotional responses in a healthy way, but I learned to speak to someone about it to feel less depressed.

I understand the feeling of having a different perspective because I see things and do things differently than other people. It is hard to feel like you are not doing the right thing to do or say that makes you feel weird about yourself and feel not good enough.

I have always been told that I refused to take constructive criticism and feel like this is not necessarily reflected in my self-worth and confidence, but I consider room for self-improvement.

I try my best to be kind and not to be rude to others, but they are really trying us not to lose our composure. Remember: even a Budda monk's patience has limits.
