Hi, I just found your channel. You've been quite active for the last year and I'm excited to go through some of your videos. I came across your channel after searching for "bipolar and autism" as I have bipolar type 2 and I suspect I have "high functioning autism". I've seen a couple of your videos and I am enjoying hear you talk about your experiences. I too started speaking out against the stigma on mental illness and bipolar in general. Channels like yours are the best Mental Health content on RU-vid. Keep it up! Looking forward to seeing more.
@@BipolarCourage I hear ya. I started my channel summer of last year (winter for you) when I was hypomanic and I sort of dwindled off as the year drone on. It's been fun. How has your content creation journey been?
@@northpolarcoaster1465 I used to find it easier to blog but now after getting around most of my social anxiety eg but improvising, having a few items nearby that fit theme etc, leaving "mistakes" in, not editing, I think it's more useful in many ways as can see with own eyes aspects of my diagnoses, even though on meds & still in therapy for PTSD
