Autogenic Drainage Intro 

Let's practice autogenic drainage together using the phone app by Polemics Applications LLC. Please note that I prefer not to open my mouth with each breath as I find it drying. Instead, I engage my abdominal muscles. However, according to the app the inhalation is through the nose and the exhalation through the mouth. To get the app go to your smartphone app store and look for the Autogenic Drainage app. The goal is to get the mucus out so do what works best for you.
