Dr..u have pointed out processed food as one of the factors of autoimmune disorders..I have a doubt on that...about 400 years ago, great poet Narayana Bhatathirippad had autoimmune disease (vaadam in malayalam )...can u tell me any processed food in that period of time?
Dr my TSH is 24, anti TPO 243and T3 & T4 normal, so autoimmune disease anu enu thonunu, Hashimotos disease, I am taking 75mg levothyroxine tablet. Now I stopped all packed/tinned food items, I take tablet at 5.30am and breakfast at 8.30am, is that will cause any problem... Or is it good My concern is will this can be cured completely... How can we kill those antibodies who is disturbing my thyroid gland
