📘 How It Works:
The production line comprises three distinct zones, each equipped with industrial robots:
Zone 1: Handles the picking of flat cartons, their formation, and seamless transfer onto a conveyor.
Zone 2: Ensures precise control over package weight and detects any contaminants, followed by transfer to the picking station. Here, the product is expertly packaged into cartons, with lids formed and applied with precision.
Zone 3: Manages palletizing operations, including the precise picking of pallets and divider sheets, as well as arranging cardboard boxes in a specified pattern.
