One of our favorites, and one of the greatest Ferrari road cars ever produced - the 275 GTB/4. A technological leap, the 275 represented a change in approach for Ferrari's road cars - crafted from its origins as a true road car, yet still proudly carrying Ferrari's motorsports DNA.

I had the amazing experience of a 275 GTB/4 road trip through Europe many years ago. 100% Agree with your explanation of the experience of the car. Nothing like it. Musical is an apt description. That engine note at high revs raises goose bumps. The tactility of the steering wheel and responsiveness of the throttle is unmatched in anything I have driven.

Lots of Etype features in that Ferrari but not as beautiful

The e type is swoopier, but the overall proportions work a little better on the ferrari. The ferrari also dosen't have those hood gaps running down the side like the e type.

The E-type is the reason why Ferrari developed the 275 GTB. Besides the looks which are clearly inspired by the E-type, the Jag's engineering advances forced Ferrari to abandon its conservative approach to chassis design and adopt independent rear suspension.
