I question what in particular about my post is "weird"; nearly every letter and every numeral contained within that initial post are based on facts; no need for arguing. 2. In regard to "law," there is nothing arbitrary about the sources of the information that I posted. There is absolutely nothing capricious nor unreasonable about anything in that initial post. The only variable in a case involving the loss of a human life which is ruled to be caused by negligence (causation/proximate cause), is the perceived value of the human. That is, how old was the now-deceased individual? What was the earning capacity of the now-deceased individual? What value was the now-deceased individual to his/her family and to society? 3. In regard to "better education," let's perhaps start by analyzing the words that you posted, as your response; it could be argued that your spelling (even with electronic spell-checkers, perhaps in availability by the dozens), punctuation, use of upper-case and lower-case letters, sentence structure, etc. (grammar), is severely lacking in detail which is precisely why I do agree with you that "better education" is desperately needed. But that "better education" starts with intelligent and competent teachers; if the teachers are incompetent and stupid, the ending product will be incompetence and stupidity. Shall I mention "Common Core"??? Or should it be more accurately described as an agenda to program and indoctrinate the minds of those who do not know what they do not know? Keep in mind, "Batt Mann," "constructive criticism" is good for promoting and fostering a supreme and competent populace. I'm certainly targeting your writing abilities but if you possess ambition, a desire to learn, and a desire to improve yourself, that "constructive criticism" should motivate you to improve which will improve society. If/when I have the opportunity to educate, I will try to help those who want to listen. I do not care what you/others think of me. The ones who will not listen will simply be lost; and yes, you are correct - those types of people "will not be compensated in proportion to the grander scope of the economy"; they will not be compensated because they chose to fight against life, rather than fight to manipulate life to their advantage. In a continuing technologically advancing world, there really are only two options - continue to fight a developing/progressing world and become lost in the fog, or, get on the boat and construct a strategy to stay in the game. Compose a plan or drown. Driverless trucks are already a reality and that is a fact. Analytical evidence is not necessary when the "pail" is overflowing with facts. The consolidation of wealth was happening long before the post-1970s plutocracy that you mentioned. Those who could understand "the game" early, have been accumulating wealth for decades (generational wealth). And, today, those who are just starting to understand "the game," can begin to accumulate wealth. In the United States, the opportunity to accumulate wealth will end only when the socialists/communists who are imbedded within this country gain full control; that is the only way that it will end; until that time, the opportunity to become wealthy stands. People tried to fight the advancement of the car when horses as transportation were threatened. Who/what won that battle? People again tried to fight "life" when the automatic transmission for those same cars became a reality. Today, what is the predominant transmission (gear changing system) for passengers cars, throughout the world? Who/what won that battle? Just within the past few years (10-15, maybe 20 in Volvos), automatic transmissions in commercial trucks became a reality and there were many who argued that such mechanisms would never work in heavy machinery. Such people argued this even though the Allison automatic transmission was being used in various heavy-duty applications (including tractor pulling tractors), all the way back to the 1960s and 1970s (and prior to that). Today, the automatic transmission is rapidly becoming the predominate gear changing system for commercial trucks across this land, and throughout the world. Who/what won that battle? I could, perhaps, write 400 pages of evidentiary examples of people fighting "life," since the beginning of mankind. However, this post is already far too lengthy. And that, "Batt Mann," is my nicely/professionally/intelligently composed response. Nice try, but you lost this one; you lost this "case" longggggggggggggggg before it was placed before the jury. It is an almost certainty that you have never been in front of a judge/jury and had to use persuasive language to win a case, therefore, I do understand your defeat. In reality, "Batt Mann," this case is a "prima facie" case; the verdict is in my favor "on its face." Of course, you are entitled to a rebuttal. And for the record, "Batt Mann," I DO hold legal credentials... an actual degree in law. I wish only the best for you.

If you have a desire to involve yourself in extensive/in-depth discussions and analysis, you’re going to have to wait. I sense that you are at least a “partial lefty" but I will try to respond at least one more time. There may be some hope for you. In the meantime, take the saddle off of your horse; take the bridle off of him, and turn him loose in a nice meadow. He needs some rest. If you have a few nice fillies that you could turn in with him, he’d appreciate that. He deserves a little “recreation” also. Make sure his water tank is full of nice clean fresh water! After he’s done chasing those fillies, he’s going to need some “replenishment.” And, you, sit yourself down under a nice tree, light yourself a stogie, pour yourself a nice Scotch, tilt your cowboy hat down over your eyes, and relax.
