What drive motors do you use?

GoBilda 435 RPM (13.7:1) they are belted at a 1:1 ratio to the wheels. If you are wondering why the robot is so fast, it only weighs around 27lbs. We also think using belts has less friction than using bevel gears.

As a london team with no sponsors and a budget of £0 from our school, this makes me feel good. Got into regionals on just skill and scraps.

We share fundraising duties and sponsorship money with our sister FRC team. Much more of the money goes to them versus us because running an FRC team costs a lot more!
