I don't know what's more sad- how wrong this comment is or that 94 people upvoted it. Avatar gets thousands of views per video/song. Tens, hundreds of thousands. What's underrated to You? Because I know power metal bands that work their asses off making awesome shit and they get 1000, maybe 10000 views on songs. 10000 likes on facebook. Zero chances to get a good contract even with smaller labels. Sure, you can use that word in perspective to mainstream big bands like Iron Maiden. But You still look dumb using that word considering how many quality, unknown bands are out there. Avatar already hit it big. They tour with big names. They should be getting decent money too.

The range that the band can accomplish is just incredible. Songs like these, to heavy... You get my point. I don't have to say anything, but I will still say that this band is one of the best I've heard. They are a hidden gem.

I couldn't agree more! I recently discovered them, and I could kick myself for sleeping on this band for 10 years. But I was lucky enough to see them in St Louis on this most recent tour. I have been to a very large number of concerts, and they are among the very best I've ever seen.

@@timcarter1164 Same! I didn’t know they existed until late 2019, but they almost immediately became my new favorite band after the internet algorithms led me to them. I wish I had come across them much sooner, but hey, better late than never. I was also lucky enough to catch them on the HG tour, and you’re totally right-definitely one of the best live acts out there, period!

Another great song. Found them while recovering from surgery while messing around on RU-vid. Seen them live last September while visiting, the age of fans there were from young teen to in the 50's. Amazing. Instantly one of my favorite bands, and I'm old.

avatar is a fine wine. as they age they become better. and better. and well better. they started as a good band and are now a massive titan of a phenomenal band who just touches a instrument and makes a masterpiece. hands down best band EVER very deserving of the throne of the top metal band

My biggest regret is that I didn't discover Avatar sooner. Jolly sheep, this band just gets better and better. I showed a few of their songs to my friend (who doesn't like this music genre) and she actually loved them. A bit shocked at the beginning of each song, that's for sure- but today she even asked me to show her more songs by them. So weather you like metal or not, you can't deny it... these guys are GOOD (to say the least)!

wow. those low notes of the vocal line, and the harmony of the chorus. the key of the guitar, i feel bad for anyone who turns away from this band without diving into what they have to offer. always reaching for new, always challenging themselves, this band is no one trick pony , its a mighty warhorse unicorn from a different planet born of our dreams and nightmares.

I think soon. Usually the time for an album is release, tour and back to the studio I think their tour is almost over so I think around next year there will be a new album or at least the recording starts

Same here.....I fell in love with Avatar for their heaviness and I just fell in love with them all over again for this soft ballad. A whole album of Johannes/Henrik lullabies would be delightful!

There is absolutely no other band on this planet as diverse, as intricate or as heavy as Avatar. The fact they can release this, and still stand onstage and play songs like King's Harvest, and both work perfectly well together, fucking incredible!

I've had it on a loop for three days solid now and I'm not stopping anytime soon. I'm never been so obsessed by a song before and the only way to explain it is the enchantment this song holds. Johannes and Henrik are sirens, I'm fully convinced.

This band's storytelling abilities continue to intrigue me. I've been following Avatar with great interest since 2016 and have loved hearing them evolve with some of the most recent tracks. There's a vulnerability to stripping away a metal band's noise, would love to hear more acoustic stuff from these boys.

You guys are spoiling us with this third new song within a two month period with no inkling of any new music being worked on at all!! Loved hearing Henrik singing a little more on this track... Could it mean that he'll be doing more singing, if not a possible trade off on singing verses with Johannes on a future song?
