Dude, I am a 52 yo hard ass, Georgia boy, and Floor always makes me Fangirl. She is I honestly believe the greatest vocalist ever. Nobody can match her versatility and ability to kill in any genre.

This is not a cover, its a tribute and her own version. She make this to her own song.🥰😘😍Many female singer sings what they can, but Floor sings what she want.

Wishing you a happy festive season. I successfully got my almost 80 year old parents to listen to Raskasta Joulua for a good couple of hours which was awesome. We had cocktails (I had a little one as I was driving) & dad was about 8 drinks in, talking about family history. I'm gonna get him one of the dna things that tells you your genetic make-up cos he's like certain we got some north men blood. My whole side of the family there are 6 foot tall & beyond ha. We cracked the crackers & wore the paper crowns & told the silly jokes & ate & drank & chatted & when I was able to move I drove home, highway to myself with all my music up singing away. Ran into my neighbour who was off about to have dinner with friends up the road so I've promised her I'll make zabaglione sometime. It was a really low key day but that's what makes it nice. Not frantically trying to get to places in time for lunch, dinner & afters etc. I imagine I'll be out of action the next few days but that's ok cos I don't have to go back to town until like next week. Then the new years madness will be upon us & I'll ask my neighbours if they're having a party can I crash it. Else I'll just have a quiet one. I don't really care anymore. The special days are the ones you make yourself whenever not when it's like this day you need to be happy or else type deal. I hope your festivus is brilliant & 2021 is good to you. Check how they do it together with Marco...so great...In Raskasta Joulua concert tours and performances. Earlier Marco and Tarja did it too and Tarja alone in 2006 concert hall performance is the ultimate best classic style and original language too (no metal in that version at all).

I scour RU-vid for interesting sounds and I came across a Japanese band called Lovebites and a song called When Destinies Align. he two guitarists are from another planet. I would be intested in your thoughts and feelings on them.

Just like "Let it Go", the music is way to loud.. This song like Let it Go are great songs for three reasons.. 1) the singers voice, 2) the singers voice, and 3) the singers voice... I want to hear every nuance of her spectacular voice.. If they can't figure out a way to turn down the damn music, they need to shut it off..

I think it's over arranged. The original by Schubert lives from the singer's voice, accompanied only by an instrument. Here the voice is no longer the focus and the song is losing momentum.

This was a bad edited mix. Instrumental track was way too loud, en Floor's voice drowned in it. Very unfortunate. A lot of people on her channel gave her this feedback. In her first cover "let it Go', it was the same thing. I hope her editor /mixer won't make the same mistake again. Ave Maria is very delicate and sensitive song. Now it's drowning in the metal track, which is a bit of a shame. I'll hope she will fix this, because with a lot of video reactors and vocal coaches, millions of people will watch this clip. Nevertheless her vocals where top of the bill, as always.
